1. How are Luvtaps shipped?

Luvtaps are shipped via USPS and typically arrive in 3-5 days.

2. Will you send me a tracking number?

Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number once your order ships

3. Can you ship overnight?

Yes, we can ship overnight but additional shipping fees apply. Overnight shipping orders must be completed by 10 am CST. Please email hello@luvtaps.com for more information.

4. Can I tag you on Instagram?

We'd love to see your Luvtap. Tag us @sendluvtaps and make sure to tag the person who sent you a little extra luv

4. Will you ship to a PO Box?

Yes, but please know we the condition of your Luvtap may suffer if it stays in a PO Box too long!

5. How do I care for my succulent?

Caring for your Luvtaps succulent is really simple!

• Upon receipt, make sure you water the soil 
• Succulents love sunshine, so place it in an area where it will get plenty of rays
• If you transfer your succulent to another pot ensure it has drainage
